Xiaomi 18 Pro series is going global this month

Xiaomi 18 Pro Series: Global Launch Imminent, Key Specs Leak

Get ready for the next big thing from Xiaomi! The highly anticipated Xiaomi 18 Pro series is officially slated for its global debut this month, according to a recent social media announcement from the tech giant. This reveal follows close on the heels of the devices being spotted on the online shelves of Italian retailer Epto, offering a tantalizing glimpse into what global consumers can expect.

The leaked Italian listings provided a wealth of information, including detailed specifications, available colorways, and even preliminary European pricing. While the exact final pricing may vary, these early indicators suggest a premium positioning for the series.

A notable point of discussion arising from these leaks concerns the battery capacities. While many core specifications appear to be carried over from the Chinese variants, the global versions of the Xiaomi 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max seem to feature slightly downsized batteries. The Xiaomi 18 Pro is listed with a 6,000mAh battery, a reduction from the 7,000mAh found in its Chinese counterpart. Likewise, the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max is expected to house a 7,050mAh battery, a departure from the substantial 8,500mAh unit in the Chinese model.

Despite these battery adjustments, both models are expected to launch in a sophisticated palette of three color options:

• Black
• White
• Velvet Red

Tech enthusiasts worldwide are eagerly awaiting the official unveiling to confirm all specifications and pricing details.
