Acouple of weeks ago, Motorola unveiled the Moto Pad 70, which became the third member of the Pad 70 family. It is similar to theMoto Pad 70 Groove, which also has a 12.1” IPS LCD (but it’s 120Hz instead of 90Hz) – the main difference between these two is that the Groove packs a 9-unit JBL Pro Speaker System with a built-in kickstand on its back. There are a few other differences, but the big news today is that the slimmer Pad 70 is now available in India. You can find it onMotorola.inas well as onFlipkart. Flipkart only has the 8/256GB model and it is priced ₹34,000. The Moto Pad 70 is powered by the Dimensity 6400

Note that this tablet natively has 5G connectivity with itsDimensity 6400chipset. The Groove has themore powerful 7400 chip, by the way. Anyway, Motorola’s online store is also showing an 8/128GB variant, though we’re not sure how much it costs – the site says ₹37,000, which must be a mistake. We say that because the same ₹37,000 price shows up for the 8/256GB version with an additional keyboard cover (the tablet normally only comes with the Moto Pen stylus in the box). We think that the base 8/128GB model without the keyboard should be ₹30,000.

While the Motorola Moto Pad 70 doesn’t have the beefy JBL speaker, it still has 4 Dolby Atmos-optimized speakers packed inside its slender 6.3mm frame. Speaking of, the tablet weighs 530g and comes in Pantone Sea Angel color. The chassis is made of metal and is rated IP52 for basic ingress protection. Moto Pad 70 in Pantone Sea Angel
