T-Mobile customers' woes continue as carrier retires KickBack program

T-Mobile recently announced it will phase out some of its older plans andmove customers to its newest plans. Some of these plans are more expensive, and if that wasn't enough, T-Mobile has decided to retire its KickBack program.
