After months of leaks and rumors, Samsung finally unveiled its latest Galaxy Z foldables, including the newGalaxy Z Flip8, at an Unpacked event in London. Samsung’s newest clamshell foldable brings a new chipset and improved software with OneUI 9.
The Galaxy Z Flip8 looks identical to its predecessor in terms of design, but is now powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy in the US and an Exynos 2600 chipset in other regions.

It gets a 4.1-inch cover display, which is also of the AMOLED type, and supports up to 120Hz refresh rate.

For photography, there’s a 50MP main rear camera with OIS, paired with a 12MP ultrawide unit. As for selfies, there’s a 10MP camera available on the internal display.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8 packs a 4,300mAh battery, same as last year. It supports 25W wired and 15W wireless charging.

It is available in 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB variants in Cream, Graphite, and Pink color options. There’s also a Mint variant of the phone that will be available exclusively at the Samsung online store.
