Samsung Galaxy S26 FE Charging Speed Confirmed by Certification

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 FE has been a subject of much speculation, and a recent appearance on the UL Demko certification database has shed light on a key detail: its charging speed. While specific launch dates are still under wraps, the certification suggests the device could be arriving sooner rather than later.

The UL Demko listing has revealed charging capabilities for the S26 FE, indicating support for both 15V/3A and 10V/4.5A power delivery. This translates to a maximum charging speed of 45W. This charging wattage positions the Galaxy S26 FE in line with its predecessor, the Galaxy S25 FE, and the current Galaxy S26+ model. For context, this is faster than the base Galaxy S26 (25W) but slower than the premium Galaxy S26 Ultra (60W).

Several model numbers were associated with this certification, including SM-S741W, SM-S741U1, SM-S741U, SM-S741B/DS, SM-S741B, and SM-S741N. These various designations often correspond to different regional variants or carrier-specific models.

Beyond charging, the UL Demko certification doesn't offer extensive specifications. However, previous sightings on Geekbench for the SM-S741U and SM-S741B models have hinted at the inclusion of the Exynos 2500 SoC, Android 17 out of the box, and 8GB of RAM. These early indicators suggest a device poised to offer a solid performance upgrade.

Given that the Galaxy S25 FE was introduced in September of the previous year, it's highly probable that the Galaxy S26 FE will follow a similar release window. As the launch approaches, more official details and specifications are expected to emerge.
