Samsung Galaxy S24 series owners surprisingly get One UI 9 beta update too

Samsungexpanded the Android 17-based One UI 9 Beta programto six Galaxy devices yesterday, includingGalaxy Z Fold7,Galaxy Z Flip7,Galaxy S25,Galaxy S25+,Galaxy S25 Ultra, andGalaxy S25 FE. It also released the One UI 9 beta update for the Galaxy S25 series yesterday. Now, in a surprising move, the Korean company has rolled out One UI 9 beta for the Galaxy S24 series as well. The One UI 9 beta update for theGalaxy S24,Galaxy S24+, andGalaxy S24 Ultrais available in theUS,India, andSouth Korea. The update weighs around 3.6GB and has a firmware version ending in ZZHL/EZHK/EZHL.

The Galaxy S24 series also includes theGalaxy S24 FE, but there is still no One UI 9 beta update for it. If you live in the US, India, or South Korea, you can try One UI 9 on your Galaxy S24/S24+/S24 Ultra by enrolling in the One UI 9 Beta program through the Samsung Members app.
