Samsung expands One UI 8.5 beta program to the Galaxy S23, Fold5, Flip5, and A36

Samsung has just announced that it's expanding the One UI 8.5 beta program to more devices. The beta is now available to theGalaxy S23 series(including theGalaxy S23 FE), theGalaxy Z Fold5, theGalaxy Z Flip5, and theGalaxy A36. The beta program for these phones will be available in select markets, including India, Korea, the UK, and the US. If you are in one of the supported markets, you should see a banner inside the Samsung Members app advertising the beta program, but do note that this is a phased rollout, so it might take a while to reach you.

The One UI 8.5 beta now has support for AirDrop via Quick Share on theGalaxy S25 series, theGalaxy S24 family, theGalaxy Z Fold7, theGalaxy Z Flip7, theGalaxy Z Fold6, and theGalaxy Z Flip6.

Samsung says the One UI 8.5 beta program will expand further, to additional Galaxy devices, "later this month".
