Redmi K100 with 10,000mAh battery and 6.83-inch display is launching next week

Xiaomiteasedthe arrival of the Redmi K100 in China last week. The company has now announced the phone’s launch date and revealed its key specs and design. It will join theK100 ProandK100 Pro Maxthat were unveiled in August. The Redmi K100 will launch in China on October 28, the brandconfirmedin an official post on Weibo. Alongside, Redmi alsoshowcasedthe phone in a new Firefly Green colorway.

Redmi also revealed that the K100 will pack a 10,000mAh battery.

The phone willsporta 6.83-inch AMOLED display with up to 3,500 nits peak brightness. It will run Xiaomi’s HyperOS 4 out-of-the-box. Redmi is also set to unveil the Clip Neo open-ear earphones alongside the K100. Meanwhile, the phone is already available for pre-order in China.
