Poco X8 is official with an 8,340 mAh battery and the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 SoC

Today's big Poco launch wasn't all about just theF9 ProandF9 Ultra. Obviously, the flagships got most of the attention, but the brand has also decided to finally make the 'vanilla'Poco X8official for global markets, ahead ofits Indian launch(where theX8 Poweris joining it) in a few days. The Poco X8 lands many months after theProandPro Max, which both launched in March. The 'vanilla' model sports a 6.83-inch AMOLED screen with a 1280x2772 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 3,500-nit peak brightness.

It's powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 SoC. On the rear there’s a 50MP main camera with OIS and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies you get a 16MP snapper. Keeping the lights on is an 8,340 mAh battery with support for 67W wired and 22.5W reverse wired charging. The battery is promised to last at least 1,600 charge cycles before the capacity drops below 80%.

It runs Android 16 with HyperOS 3 on top. The X8 is IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K rated for dust and water resistance. It will be available in black, white, and orange. It measures 163.45 x 78.27 x 8.6 mm and weighs 223g. Poco X8 color options
