OnePlus Pad 4 debuts with a 13.2-inch display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC

TheOnePlus Pad 4has been launched in India as the successor to theOnePlus Pad 3, which made its debut in the country in September 2025. OnePlus’s latest flagship Android tablet comes with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, which is paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The tablet features a metal unibody design and measures 5.94 mm in thickness, while weighing 672 grams.

Underneath, the Pad 4 has a large 45,260 mm2 vapor chamber that is claimed to improve heat dissipation under load.

At the back, you’ll find a 13MP main rear camera with LED flash. For selfies and video calling, the tablet comes with an 8MP front camera.

It gets 8 speakers, dual microphones, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, 5G sharing, and a USB Type-C port. Official accessories include the OnePlus Stylus Pro and the Smart Keyboard.

As for pricing, the OnePlus Pad 4 starts at INR 59,999 ($630) for the 8GB/256GB option, whereas the 12GB/512GB variant can be yours for INR 64,999 ($685). Source
