OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite Leaks on Geekbench, Unveiling Key Chipset Details
While the OnePlus Nord 30 SE has recently arrived, the Chinese manufacturer is gearing up to expand its popular Nord lineup further. Rumors suggest the imminent arrival of the OnePlus Nord CE6 and the OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite. Today, a crucial piece of information has surfaced, with a device bearing the model number CPH2943 appearing on Geekbench, offering a glimpse into its performance and core specifications.
The Geekbench listing reveals impressive benchmark scores, with the device achieving 1,068 in single-core performance and 2,953 in multi-core performance. According to reports circulating on social media, this particular device is indeed the OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite, and the benchmark has confirmed its powerhouse: the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 SoC.
It's worth noting that MediaTek often allows its partners to rebrand chipsets with unique suffixes. Therefore, while the core chipset is the Dimensity 7400, OnePlus might opt for a more distinguished branding like Dimensity 7400 Max, Extreme, or Pro upon the device's official launch. Regardless of the final marketing name, the underlying performance will be driven by the robust Dimensity 7400 architecture.
The question of whether this benchmark belongs to the Nord CE6 or the CE6 Lite remains open. However, the test results indicate the benchmarked device was equipped with 8GB of RAM and was running Android 16. Expect the retail version to feature OnePlus' signature OxygenOS 16 skin layered on top of the latest Android iteration.
Both the OnePlus Nord CE6 and the Nord CE6 Lite are anticipated to make their debut in the Indian market sometime in May. This leak provides valuable insight for consumers eagerly awaiting more affordable yet capable offerings from OnePlus.
