OnePlus Ace 7 specs leak, crazy screen refresh rate included

OnePlus launched theAce 6in October of last year, and now the brand is already hard at work on its successor. According to Digital Chat Station on Weibo, theAce 7is currently in the engineering sample stage. The phone is allegedly powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, and comes with a 6.78-inch screen with "1.5K" resolution. The refresh rate hasn't been decided yet though it will apparently be at least 185Hz, but could actually go up to a whopping 240Hz.

Keeping the lights on will be a 9,000 mAh battery with support for 100W fast wired charging. The Ace 7 was previously rumored to sport an active cooling fan, and this is still being tested, but it seems like it hasn't been 100% settled upon just yet. Anyway, if the Ace 7 comes out around October like its predecessor, then there's definitely plenty of time for us to hear more leaks and rumors about it, so stay tuned. Source(in Chinese)
