Samsung is accelerating its development of One UI 9, expanding beta testing beyond the Galaxy S26 series to a wider range of its popular smartphone lineup. While the Galaxy S26 family currently leads the charge in the One UI 9 beta program, Samsung is actively working on bringing the latest software experience to additional devices.

The company has now commenced internal testing of One UI 9 for several key Galaxy models, including the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold7, the mid-range Galaxy A56, and the established Galaxy S23 and S24 series. This broad testing initiative signals Samsung's commitment to a swift and comprehensive rollout of its next-generation user interface.

Specific firmware versions have surfaced for these newly added devices, offering a glimpse into the ongoing development:

• Galaxy Z Fold7: The One UI 9 build is identified by firmware version F966USQUACZF3.
• Galaxy A56: Testing is underway with firmware version A566BXXUBDZFB.
• Galaxy S23: The One UI 9 build for this series carries the firmware version S911BXXUAGZF9.
• Galaxy S24 Series: This includes the Galaxy S24, S24+, S24 Ultra, and S24 FE, with firmware versions S921BXXUFEZF7, S926BXXUFEZF7, S928BXXUFEZF7, and S721BXXUCEZF7 respectively.

While the exact timeline for public beta releases beyond the Galaxy S26 remains unconfirmed, it's anticipated that Samsung's next generation of folding devices, the Galaxy Z Flip8, Galaxy Z Fold8, and Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, will be the first to feature One UI 9 out of the box.
