The phone looks like theRazr 60it's going to replace. The Razr 70 is rumored to come with a 6.9-inch 1080x2640 inner folding screen and a 3.63-inch 1056x1066 cover display.

Compared to the Razr 60, the Razr 70 has more RAM and storage options, a different chipset (though it's still unclear which one), and a telephoto camera replacing the ultrawide. At the rate we're seeing leaks about it, the Razr 70 should become official very soon. Stay tuned.
