Lenovo is gearing up to officially launch its latest gaming tablet on August 25th. In a significant pre-launch reveal, the company has shared the tablet's impressive AnTuTu benchmark score, hitting a remarkable 4,585,844. While the exact naming convention remains a bit unclear due to machine translation from Chinese, potential names include Y700 Infinite, Y700 Ultimate, or Y700 Unlimited.

This new device appears to be an evolution of the existing Y700, which debuted in March. A key upgrade expected in this next-generation model is the integration of 5G mobile data connectivity, promising faster and more reliable online gaming experiences.

However, a recent rumor suggests a potential drawback: a reduced battery capacity. While the original Y700 boasted a 9,000 mAh battery, the upcoming model is rumored to feature a 7,500 mAh battery. This is paired with reported 68W fast wired charging. For a device aimed at power-hungry gamers, a decrease in battery capacity could be a notable disappointment, especially when many smartphones already offer comparable or larger battery sizes.
