iPhone Air 2 rumored to pack a slightly larger battery

Apple is expected tounveilthe iPhone Air 2 alongside theiPhone 18 and iPhone 18ein early 2027. While the handset has already been rumored to feature a dual rear camera setup andimproved battery life, a new leak now sheds light on its battery capacity. The leak claims the iPhone Air 2 could pack a battery with a capacity of 3,500mAh or more. While that may not seem particularly large by today's standards, it would be an upgrade over the 3,149mAh battery in the originaliPhone Air.

The iPhone Air 2 is alsorumoredto feature a 6.55-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is expected to be powered by Apple's upcoming 2nm A20 Pro chipset. It is said to sport a dual rear camera setup comprising a 48MP primary sensor and an ultrawide camera. Source
