Huawei schedules global launch event for May 7

Huawei is set to host a product launch event on May 7 in Bangkok, Thailand. The company released a teaser video that highlights a trio of devices set to be unveiled at the keynote. Following theirannouncementin China,Watch Fit 5andWatch Fit 5 Prowill make their global debuts. The video also showcases a new smartphone, believed to be a member of the Nova 15 series. According to speculation, this device will be called Nova 15 Max, and it is expected to be a rebrandedEnjoy 90 Pro Max, whichlaunchedin China last month. Last but not least, we got a look at a new MatePad tablet, which is expected to launch as the MatePad Pro Max. There’s little info for the tablet for now, but we do get confirmation it will ship with stylus support and impressively slim bezels.
