Initial whispers suggested the upcoming Honor Power 3 would boast an impressive battery capacity of 11,000 to 12,000 mAh. However, a recent report from Digital Chat Station on Weibo has tempered these expectations, indicating a more modest, yet still substantial, power cell.

Following in the footsteps of its predecessor, the Honor Power 2, which featured a 10,080 mAh battery, the Honor Power 3 is now rumored to pack a battery of at least 10,000 mAh. While this may fall short of the earlier loftier predictions, it still positions the device as a long-lasting contender in the market.

Key Specifications Emerge for Honor Power 3

Beyond the battery, the Honor Power 3 appears to be undergoing some significant upgrades. The display is reportedly expanding to a 7-inch diagonal, an increase from the Power 2's 6.79-inch panel. This larger, flat display is expected to offer an immersive viewing experience.

Under the hood, the Power 3 is anticipated to continue its reliance on MediaTek's Dimensity 8-series chipsets. The current Power 2 utilizes the Dimensity 8500 Elite, and it remains to be seen whether the Power 3 will adopt the same SoC or opt for a potentially newer, unannounced chipset like a theoretical Dimensity 8600.
