While the Honor 600 series has been making headlines over the past few days, the brand has also expanded its tablet lineup with the brand new MagicPad3 Pro 12.3”, which was announced in China earlier today. As the name implies, this is a slightly smaller version of theMagicPad3 Pro 13.3, which was announced last year, and it comes with several spec differences.

Instead of the LCD panel found on the MagicPad3 Pro 13.3”, you get a 12.3” OLED with 3,000x1,920px resolution, an adaptive 60-165Hz refresh rate and a 15.6:10 aspect ratio. The display is rated at 3,000 nits peak local brightness and supports stylus input via the optional Magic Pencil 3.

There’s also a chipset change with theSnapdragon 8 Gen 5replacing theSD 8 Gen 5 Elite. You can configure the MagicPad3 Pro 12.3” with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage, though all versions are limited to Wi-Fi connectivity. In terms of build, the Pad3 Pro 12.3” features an aluminum chassis that measures 4.8mm thin and weighs 450 grams. The back houses a 13MP camera while the front houses a 9MP shooter.

The software side is covered by MagicOS 10 based on Android 16, and Honor is also bringing a dedicated PC mode, which features a desktop environment with windowed apps. You’re also getting a 10,100mAh battery with 66W wired charging support and up to 27W reverse wired charging.

Honor MagicPad3 Pro 12.3” comes in Starry Gray and Moonlit White colors. Pricing in China starts atCNY 3,999($586/€501 converted) for the baseline8/256GBtrim and goes up toCNY 5,199($762/€652 converted) for the12/512GBversion. First shipments are scheduled for April 28.
