HMD Vibe 2 5G goes official with a 6.75-inch screen, 6,000mAh battery

After several teasers, HMD has officially launched theVibe 2 5Gin India. The smartphone arrives as the successor to the HMD Vibe, which debuted in September 2025, and brings several upgrades, including a larger battery.

In terms of optics, the handset gets a 50MP primary rear camera and an auxiliary lens whose details haven’t been revealed. For selfies, the phone has an 8MP camera.

You also get a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and an IP64 rating. It comes with 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C connectivity options.

As for pricing, the base model with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage will cost you INR 10,999 ($115). Meanwhile, the 4GB/128GB variant is priced at INR 11,999 ($125). The phone will be available for purchase via Flipkart on May 26. Source
