Global Oppo Reno16 series finally has an official launch date

Yesterday,Oppo started teasing the global launchof the Reno16 series in partnership with the K-pop girl band BABYMONSTER. The phones were clearly supposed to be launching soon, but an actual announcement date was missing. Now, the company has rectified that, revealing that the Reno16 series will be unveiled on June 25. The devices will first launch in Thailand and Spain, spreading to other markets afterwards.

The handsets feature the new "3D Pop Planet Design", with "a bold and distinctive aesthetic inspired by cosmic visuals and the idea of every individual as a vibrant little planet". Ling Liu, overseas CMO of Oppo, said: The global Reno16 and Reno16 Pro will very likely be different fromthe Chinese versionsthat launched back in May. Exactly how different remains to be seen. Source
