Afterclearing the FCC, theSamsung Galaxy S26 FEis now past another major hurdle – it is now listed on the Google Play Console. Two entry-level models joined it, the Galaxy A08 and A07s.
The Galaxy S26 FEspecs leaked in detaillast week. The console confirms the chipset as S5E9955, aka theExynos 2500. The phone (SM-S741U) is configured with 8GB of RAM and a 1,080 x 2,340px display as expected.

Next up is the Samsung Galaxy A08 (SM-A085F). This model uses the MediaTek MT6789V/CD, aka the Helio G99. This LTE-only chip is already used in theGalaxy A07 4Gand it looks like it will be featuredon the upcoming Galaxy A18 4Gas well. Curiously, the GPC claims that the A08 will have up to 8GB of RAM – this matches the A07, sure, but that model was released before the RAMpocalypse. How much does 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM cost these days, anyway?

Then there’s the Galaxy A07s (SM-A077M), which features the same Helio G99 chip, though with only 4GB of RAM. Both the A08 and A07s will feature 720 x 1,600px displays. This is the norm for the A0 family. If you want more, you may have to look at that A18 model.

The Galaxy A07 4G was unveiled in late August last year, so its successor might arrive soon. The Galaxy S25 FE was a September release, however, so FE fans might have to settle in for a wait.
