Top 10 trending phones of week 1

Happy New Year everyone and welcome to the first recap of the 10 most popular phones in our database of 2026. We have a fresh new face on top with Xiaomi's 17 Ultra getting by far the most attention over the past seven days. Behind it we have the 2025's established favorites with the Galaxy A56 in second and the Galaxy S25 Ultra in third. Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max snatched fourth, ahead of the Honor Win that was announced during the holiday stretch. Samsung Galaxy A17 follows in sixth, one spot above the OnePlus 15. We then have another 17 Pro Max, only this time it comes from Xiaomi, and the vanilla iPhone 17, which reenters the top 10 courtesy of strong performance during the various sales campaigns. The Redmi Note 15 Pro+ completes this first installment of the chart this year.
