Samsung just unveiled the world’s first 130” Micro RGB TV. This is up from the115” modelthat it showcased back in August. The new TV – model R95H – has a design “inspired by the frame of a grand architectural window”.
Its titanic size isn’t its only achievement, though. Verband der Elektrotechnik certified it for precise Micro RGB color reproduction. It covers 100% of theBT.2020wide color gamut. Additionally, it features Micro RGB Color Booster Pro and Micro RGB HDR Pro, plus AI-based color and contrast enhancing algorithms. And in case you have a real window in the room, the Glare Free technology will help to minimize reflections.

The standard supports color depths between 10-bit and 16-bit and up to 10,000 nits of brightness. Advanced features include Genre-based Optimization, Local Tone Mapping, Advanced Color Control and Intelligent Motion Smoothing that works on a scene-by-scene basis. The Adaptive Cloud Gaming mode is interesting as it supports real-time ambient lighting.
Anyway, the Samsung R95H TV is loaded to the gills with AI technology, including Vision AI Companion (which enables conversational search), proactive recommendations, Live Translate, AI Sound Controller Pro, AI Football Mode Pro and more. Third-party AI services are supported too – Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity.
If you are in Las Vegas, you can swing by the Samsung Exhibition Zone at CES 2026 and experience the 130” Micro RGB TV in person. If not, well, we don’t dare ask about the price (the 115” model is$30,000).
“Micro RGB represents the peak of our picture quality innovation, and the new 130-inch model takes that vision even further. We’re reviving the spirit of our original design philosophy introduced more than a decade ago to deliver an unmistakably premium display, engineered with technology for a new generation,”said Hun Lee, Executive Vice President of the Visual Display (VD) Business at Samsung Electronics.
