New certifications are shedding light on the battery specifications and charging capabilities of several upcoming Samsung devices, including the highly anticipated Galaxy S26+ and the budget-friendly Galaxy A37 5G and A57 5G.
Galaxy S26+ Battery and Charging
The Samsung Galaxy S26+ has recently passed through TUV certification, unveiling a rated battery capacity of 4,755 mAh. It's highly probable that Samsung will market this as a 4,900 mAh typical capacity, maintaining parity with its predecessor, the Galaxy S25+. The device is confirmed to support 45W wired charging.
Galaxy A57 5G and A37 5G Power Details
Similarly, the Galaxy A57 5G has also received TUV certification, confirming its support for 45W wired charging. While its exact battery capacity remains undisclosed by the certification, the Galaxy A37 5G boasts a rated battery capacity of 4,905 mAh, also supporting the rapid 45W wired charging standard.
For the Galaxy A37 5G, Samsung is expected to advertise a typical battery capacity of either 5,000 mAh or 5,100 mAh.

Industry buzz suggests that the Galaxy A37 and A57 5G models are slated for a launch in the first half of February. Meanwhile, the flagship Galaxy S26 series is rumored to be officially unveiled at a dedicated event in California on February 25th, according to the latest leaks.
