Codenamed "Ulysses," the Exynos 2700 is reportedly manufactured using Samsung's second-generation 2nm process technology (SF2P). This advanced node is expected to unlock significant performance gains, with claims of a 12% increase in overall performance and an impressive 25% reduction in power consumption when compared to its predecessor, the Exynos 2600 (built on the SF2 node).

Performance Boost and Architectural Enhancements

The rumored CPU configuration for the Exynos 2700 includes a high-performance prime core running at a blistering 4.2GHz, complemented by ARM's C2 cores. Benchmark predictions suggest this setup could achieve approximately 4,800 points in single-core and around 15,000 points in multi-core Geekbench tests, indicating a substantial leap in raw processing power.

Samsung Foundry is also said to be leveraging its advanced FOWLP-SbS (Side-by-Side) packaging technology. This innovation aims to enhance thermal efficiency and improve heat dissipation, crucial for maintaining peak performance during demanding tasks and minimizing throttling.

Cutting-Edge Memory and Storage Support

Further bolstering the Exynos 2700's capabilities, it is expected to feature support for the latest LPDDR6 RAM and UFS 5.0 storage. These next-generation memory and storage solutions are projected to contribute to an overall performance improvement of up to 40%. The chipset will also be paired with the latest Xclipse GPU, promising enhanced graphical prowess.

Potential Device Integration

It is widely speculated that the Samsung Galaxy S27 series will be among the first devices to feature the Exynos 2700 SoC in select markets. This follows the anticipated launch of the Galaxy S26 lineup in the near future, which may incorporate the Exynos 2600 in certain regions. Source
