Redmi Note 15 Pro 4G: Unveiled in Leaks Ahead of Launch
The upcoming Redmi Note 15 series from Xiaomi continues to generate buzz, with leaks surfacing from European retailers hinting at an imminent release. Following previous glimpses of the Redmi Note 15, Note 15 Pro, and Note 15 Pro+ (all 5G variants), as well as the Redmi Note 15 4G, a new model has emerged: the Redmi Note 15 Pro 4G.
This latest leak reveals key specifications and distinctions between the 4G and 5G Pro models. Let's delve into the details.
Redmi Note 15 Pro 4G: Key Specifications
The Redmi Note 15 Pro 4G boasts a slightly smaller 6.77-inch OLED display compared to its 5G counterpart's 6.83-inch screen. The resolution is also a step down, featuring a 1080p+ panel versus the 1280p+ resolution on the 5G version. However, the battery capacity remains impressively close, with the 4G model sporting a 6,500mAh battery supported by 45W wired charging.
Under the hood, the Redmi Note 15 Pro 4G is powered by a MediaTek Helio G200 Ultra chipset, replacing the Dimensity 7400 Ultra found in the 5G model. Memory configuration is expected to be similar, with an 8/256GB option, but the 4G variant also includes a microSD card slot for expandable storage.
One significant advantage of the Pro 4G model is its camera system. Unlike the standard Redmi Note 15 4G and 5G, the Pro 4G shares the same impressive 200MP 1/1.4" main camera sensor as the Pro 5G.
Pricing and Availability
An Italian retailer listed the Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Pro 4G (8/256GB) at €293.90. While this price point remains unconfirmed, it aligns with previous leaks suggesting a price of around €300 for the standard Redmi Note 15 5G. The leaked prices for other models include €400 for the Note 15 Pro 5G and €200 for the Note 15 4G.
While the official launch date remains unknown, the retailer's "Coming Soon" label indicates that the global release of the Redmi Note 15 series is likely imminent. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
