iQOO 15R Debuts: Blazing Fast Performance Meets Enduring Power

iQOO has officially launched the iQOO 15R in India, marking a significant addition to its 'R' series. This new smartphone is engineered for the modern professional, offering a compelling blend of a compact design, cutting-edge processing power, and an exceptionally long-lasting battery.

The device boasts a vibrant display, fortified by robust Schott Xensation Alpha glass. It delivers a silky-smooth visual experience with its 144Hz refresh rate, a sharp 2,750x1,260-pixel resolution, and an astonishing peak brightness of 5,000 nits. Under the hood, the powerhouse Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC is complemented by up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a speedy 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. Running on Android 16 with the intuitive OriginOS 6, the iQOO 15R promises longevity with up to four years of OS upgrades and six years of security updates.

Powering the iQOO 15R is a massive 7,600 mAh battery that supports blazing-fast 100W wired charging. iQOO claims an impressive 1% to 50% charge in just 33 minutes, and a full charge in a mere 63 minutes with the included 100W adapter. Further enhancing its charging capabilities, the smartphone features bypass charging and reverse wired charging.

Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the triple camera setup: a 50MP primary sensor (Sony LYT-700V) for stunning detail, an 8MP ultrawide lens for expansive shots, and a 32MP front-facing camera for crystal-clear selfies.

Beyond its core specifications, the iQOO 15R is packed with advanced features. It includes the Q2 Supercomputing Chip for enhanced performance, a 6.5K IceCore VC Cooling System to maintain optimal temperatures during intensive tasks, and support for 144 FPS gaming in BGMI via frame interpolation. The iQOO 15R is now available for pre-order in India through all major sales channels. Early birds who pre-order will receive a complimentary pair of vivo/iQOO TWS earphones, valued at INR1,899 ($20/€18). The official sales for pre-ordering customers commence on March 2nd at 10 AM IST.
