The Performance of Galaxy S26 and S26+

Details regarding the precise split between the standard Galaxy S26 and the Galaxy S26+ for the remaining 30% of pre-orders were not disclosed. Despite the overarching surge in interest for the entire S26 series, both the S26 and S26+ models reportedly faced challenges in drawing significant individual attention, a contrast to last year's relatively balanced distribution where the S25 and S25+ models saw closer demand (26% vs. 22%).

Consumer Color Preferences: Classic Tones Dominate

While the three Samsung Galaxy S26 models are offered in a diverse palette of four base colors, complemented by two exclusive Samsung.com options, buyer choices revealed distinct preferences:

• For the high-end Galaxy S26 Ultra, consumers predominantly gravitated towards the timeless appeal of Black and White.

• Meanwhile, Galaxy S26+ purchasers showcased a slightly more adventurous spirit, with Cobalt Violet emerging as a top pick, alongside the perennially popular Black.
